Frequently Asked Questions
"Rainbow" - this is branded packaging. It will have the business name (Crocheting with Pride) on the shipping label. It will also have rainbow ribbon, business cards, and possibly stickers or other branded things inside the package.
"Discrete" - the shipping label will have the business owner's name (Kada), rather than the business name. There will also be non-rainbow ribbon, no business cards, and no stickers on the inside of the package.
Product Care Instructions
Hand wash only!
Synthetic yarns are very sensitive to heat and there is a risk of melting if you put them in high-temperature wash cycles. Plushies may also appear "disfigured" if you machine wash them because of how the stuffing moves around. It is highly recommended to hand wash these plushies, especially when there are smaller pieces attached so they don't fall off in the wash.
Machine Wash Cold, Gentle; Lay Flat to Dry.
Synthetic yarns are very sensitive to heat and there is a risk of melting if you put them in high-temperature wash cycles. To avoid any possible shape changes with your wearable product, use the gentle cycle of your machine and/or use a mesh laundry bag (like you would use for delicate articles of clothing).
Wearables include but are not limited to hats, scarves, cardigans, bags, and non-plushie keychains.
Returns and Refunds
To initiate a return/refund please use the contact form below or email kjs.crocheting@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return/refund request.

Returns and refunds must be initiated within fourteen (14) days upon delivery of the product to the address on your order confirmation.

Requests are granted on an individual basis at Crocheting with Pride's discretion.
After contacting Crocheting with Pride to explain the reason for your return and/or refund request, Crocheting with Pride will send you an invoice with the amount owed for return shipping.
Once the invoice is paid, Crocheting with Pride will send you a return label. You are then responsible for packaging up the item you are returning, putting the label on the package, and handing the package off to the USPS.
You will receive your money back (amount paid for order + amount paid in taxes) upon the package being received by Crocheting with Pride.
Shipping and Processing
Processing time (the time it takes to package your orders and prepare them for shipment are typically 1-3 business days for ready to ship items, and 2-4 weeks for made to order items.
Once your order is prepared for shipment, it is handed off to the USPS. Shipping estimates vary by which shipping service you select. For example, if you select USPS Ground Advantage, the estimated delivery date will be 2-5 days after USPS receives the package. To find out more information, visit USPS's website.
