Product Purchase Agreement
By purchasing any product, physical or digital, from Crocheting with Pride (hereinafter “Seller”), the customer (hereinafter “Buyer”) agrees to the following purchase agreement.
Seller provides no express or implied warranty of merchantability for any products, physical or digital, sold to Buyer. All products purchased are “as is.” Seller provides no express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose for any product sold by Seller. Buyer agrees that no other representations, express or implied, have been made regarding the purchase or the product being purchased from the Seller at or before the time of sale.
Returns and refunds are subject solely to Seller’s discretion, and are not guaranteed for any situations or circumstances regarding the product once Buyer purchases product. Seller is not responsible for any product once Buyer has taken possession of the product.
Transactions made between Buyer and Seller are under the jurisdiction of Washington, the District of Columbia, United States. Should legal action become necessary between Buyer and Seller, both Buyer and Seller agree that (i) any state or federal court located in Washington, D.C. shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, and consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court in any such suit, action, or proceeding and (ii) hereby waive, and agree not to assert, by way of motion, as a defense, or otherwise, in any such suit, action, or proceeding, to the extent permitted by applicable law, that the suit, action, or proceeding is brought in an inconvenient forum, that the venue of the suit, action, or proceeding is improper, or that this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby may not be enforced in or by such courts.
By completing the purchase with the Seller, Buyer assumes total responsibility and risk for use of Seller’s website, related services, and products sold under Seller’s name.
